A payment app feels different depending on whether I’m sending money to a friend, paying for a marketplace item, managing a subscription, or checking a refund. The same transaction screen can feel simple or stressful depending on the purpose. If I shared my PayPal experience, should I lead with why the payment was made, or with how the account tools explained the transaction status afterward and what I expected to happen next?

Payment apps need the purpose of the transaction, not only a screenshot of the account page. A review via paypal reviews separates a casual friend payment from a marketplace purchase, refund, subscription, or online checkout. I usually trust the story more when it explains why the money moved and what the user expected next. The transaction status, receipt, seller or recipient context, and account tools then make more sense. That keeps the experience specific without turning every payment into the same kind of comment.

Purpose is the missing piece in a lot of payment-app feedback. Sending money to family, buying from a marketplace seller, waiting on a refund, and paying a subscription all create different expectations. Once the transaction type is clear, the status and account tools are much easier to judge.
