Learning about trendlines in trading, anyone else?

What are your thoughts on using trendlines in trading strategies? I’ve been trying to incorporate them more into my own analysis lately, but sometimes I find it tricky to draw them consistently and know when they are truly valid. Are there any common pitfalls you’ve encountered or best practices you’d recommend for beginners? I’m particularly interested in how experienced traders use them for entry and exit points.
