I have been looking into the Kenya Business eTA for an upcoming work trip and found the process quite manageable. You need a passport valid for six months, a recent photo, proof of accommodation, flight tickets, an invitation letter from your Kenyan host, and a copy of their company registration. The Kenya Business eTA Online application page explains that you can get a single entry valid for ninety days or a multiple entry valid for a full year. Processing takes a few days depending on your chosen speed. The eTA covers meetings, conferences, and networking, but does not allow any form of paid work or employment. You can also apply for an extension once you are in Kenya if needed.
