Hello everyone! I have a question about furniture repair in Santa Barbara. I have some old pieces of furniture that are very dear to me, but unfortunately they need repair. I came across a company called SantaBarbaraYP that provides such services. I wonder if I should contact them for restoration? The furniture is not new, but I would like to restore its original appearance. Maybe some of you have already used their services? How do they work with such furniture? How much can it cost to repair a chair or an old armchair, and what additional services can they offer? I would be grateful for your help!

I recently ordered furniture repair through Furniture Repair Services in Santa Barbara, CA, and overall I can say that they do a great job of restoring even fairly old pieces. In fact, I was also hesitant about repairing old furniture at first, but after talking to the craftsmen and seeing the results, I realized that it is completely worth it, especially if the furniture has some value to you. I came with a chair and a table that were in pretty bad shape – scratches, scuffs, several parts were loose. SantaBarbaraYP offered me several options for restoration – from fixing minor defects to more complex restoration. The company’s craftsmen are really attentive to each order. Before starting work, they analyze the condition of the furniture in detail, ask questions about the material, origin, and even how long you have been using the furniture. In my case, they not only repaired the chair, but also restored some decorative elements, such as the carving on the back, which I almost did not notice before. This was important because such details give the furniture uniqueness. They were even able to select the right paint to match the original shade.

I also think that it is worth trying to repair old furniture, especially if it is dear to you. I once ordered repairs from SantaBarbaraYP for several items, and the impressions are only positive. In my opinion, they do a great job of restoring even damaged furniture as if it were new.
