This year, I’m trying to pull up an older tax return before dealing with a new form, and I can’t tell if my issue is the login, the product I used, or where the finished documents are stored. I do not need tax advice yet, just access clarity. Good distinction between document access and tax advice. If all someone needs is an old return, there’s no reason to turn the conversation into a broader tax question. Keeping the year, product used, login error, and file location ready should make that request much easier to route.
