Guys, has anyone ever experienced the situation where stress just won’t let up? I wake up tired in the morning. Everything irritates me – work, news, even ordinary conversations. I constantly have thoughts in my head that I don’t have time to do anything, that I can’t cope, that everything is in vain. I can’t rest on weekends either: as soon as I switch, some tasks and responsibilities come up again. I feel like a squirrel in a wheel. I understand that I need to change something, but I don’t know where to start. Maybe someone had a similar period? What really helped?

I understand you very well, I had almost the same thing a couple of months ago. Life turned into a solid ball of stress. I noticed that everything was getting worse precisely because I didn’t track my condition, I just “dragged” day after day. It helped me to start with small steps – for example, keeping a mood diary and noticing when and why I feel bad. I highly recommend trying the liven app — it’s all about self-knowledge and managing emotions. There’s a mood tracker, mini-courses, and well-being tests. The most important thing is that everything is to the point and without fluff. For example, I began to understand what triggers me, and what habits are really dragging me down. Now I feel much more confident and calm.

I also used Liven, and I really liked it. Especially if you don’t have the resources for a psychologist — the app can be a very useful start. I liked that it helps you not just “unload”, but to understand what’s going on inside. The courses are short, but to the point, without motivational nonsense. There are soundscapes for concentration, and this is a real salvation when there’s noise in your head. Another cool thing is that you can set real, simple goals, and the app selects steps for them.
